Headset with
Feature Control Switch
Specially designed for Mitel, this headset plugs directly into the dedicated interface
jack provided on the Superset 4015, 4025, 4125 (SX-2000 only) and the 4150 digital
telephones. The jack is designed with unique circuitry for headset amplification, so there
is no need for a headset amplifier box - volume control is via the telephone's volume
control keys. Designed for convenience, the headset is equipped with a feature control
switch that allows the user to mute the microphone, answer calls and hang up. The headset
also has a quick disconnect plug that allows the user to move away from the telephone
while on a call (e.g. to go to a filing cabinet), without removing the headset. The user
can resume the call by reconnecting the headset.
Superset Interface Module 2 (SIM2) (SX-200 only)
Installed on the base of the Superset 4025 and 4150 digital telephones, SIM2 allows the
connection of two-wire analog devices such as an analog telephone, fax machine, or modem
to allow simultaneous use of the both a Superset 4000 series digital telephone and analog
device on one DNIC port. This reduces the need for separate analog ports, thus freeing up
valuable ports on the telephone system for future expansion. In addition, SIM2 contains a
PKM interface to allow connection of up to two Superset PKM48 devices to a compatible
Superset 4000 series telephone |
