We understand the importance of your communications needs. It’s your profit lifeline!

At Amtec Communications, service is our number 1 priority. Our reputation is built on service and a commitment to you, our customer. Our technicians are factory trained and certified to insure that your needs are met with the highest level of professionalism. 24 hours a day 7 days a week and radio dispatched, our service department is

Service is much more than simply repairing a broken component or adding phones to an existing system. Service is a one to one relationship between us and you, our customer. We take the extra time to learn about your business and what’s important to you. Your business may have mission critical needs that are different than other customers and we make sure that those needs will be identified and met.

Routine Service, generally defined as minor outages, adds, moves, or changes are responded to on a first in first out basis usually within 24 hours.

Emergency Service is responded to within 2 hours. Once our service department has been notified of an emergency situation a field supervisor is immediately contacted via 2 way radio. At that time your service call will be escalated to the top of our scheduling, and a service technician will be immediately dispatched. Depending upon current conditions, a service technician will be on site, or remotely linked to your system often within 15 minutes, but no more than 2 hours of your initial call.

If your emergency should fall on a weekend, after hours, or on a holiday and cannot wait until the next

business day our service department will be there to help you. Our after hours voice mail system pages an on call technician immediately after you leave a message. 5 minutes later the on call technician is paged again as well as a list of backup technicians every 5 minutes until the message is listened to. It is our goal to answer your after hours call within 15 minutes.

Platinum Promise is provided to those customers who maintain a monthly service agreement. In addition to the high level of service given to all of our customers, Platinum Promise provides you with these additional benefits:

Guaranteed 2 hour emergency response or you will receive a 2 month credit of your monthly maintenance fee.

Remote programming changes free of charge

Service calls where the problem is with the telephone company lines or equipment, or with another vendors lines or equipment are free of charge.
