Superconsole 1000
ss4001_a.jpg (25919 bytes) The SUPERCONSOLE 1000 is a practical, multi-use console for the SX-200®EL, SX-200 ML and SX-2000®LIGHT systems. It can be used as an attendant console, a sub-attendant position for departments or workgroups, or as a back-up answering position. The console also provides access to system Hotel/Motel functions which integrate telephone features with guest room services such as Room Status and Automatic Wake-Up.

Depending on the Mitel PBX system, the Superconsole 1000 can also be used as a maintenance console for troubleshooting, report generation and traffic measurement and as a programming console for customer data entry.

 

Display Features
  • An adjustable 4 line x 80 character display provides important system and call processing information which allows the attendant to provide professional service for customers.
  • Information includes the time and date, call source and destination details, the number of calls waiting, and stations information such as Class of Service and Class or Restriction.

Keyboard Features

  • A combination of softkeys and fixed function keys help the attendant process calls quickly and accurately.
  • Up to 9 line keys with descriptive labels can be answered sequentially or selectively.
  • 8 call hold positions.
  • 14 fixed function keys provide quick access to standard attendant functions such as answering calls, putting calls on hold, blocking calls, paging, releasing calls to their destination, setting the time and date and switching to night service.
  • 4 programmable keys for access to system options.
  • Contrast control keys increase or decrease the intensity of the display.
  • Volume controls to adjust the handset/headset volume to a comfortable level for each attendant.

General Features

  • 2 headset/handset jacks allow effective training and monitoring of new attendants.
  • RS-232 port to connect an ASCII printer for system management and call accounting applications.
