The Superset 4001 provides simple access to a wide array of system features and options. Users can:

Program and make speed calls using seven Personal Keys, which can also be programmed for feature access using simple feature access codes.
Access and send messages including voice mail
Place/retrieve callers on hold
Transfer calls
Set up conference calls
Adjust handset receiver volume and ringer volume/pitch
Change and initiate other system optional features such as account code, call forward, call pick up, do not disturb, paging and many more.
